The food at China Wall is good but the manager Jean was very rude when asked to make a dish for someone who has an allergy to wheat. I didn’t appreciate how difficult she made it for me to place an order. I ordered my food by using the dishes on their menu and asked for anything that had wheat to be substituted for their wheat free noodle choice. By the end of the call I felt bad for daring to have an allergy. I haven’t had this problem at any other oriental restaurant. On the other hand, Hailey, an employee of China wall was very friendly and helpful.
Diverse menu and excellent food.
Excellent service and generous portions! The food was great. I will be back again in the future!
Awesome Chinese food. Good for vegetarians/vegans too.
Very delicious, amazing staff and service, affordable price! Awesome lunches. Thank you guys 💕
This place deserves more like 10 stars food was delicious customer service was awesome keep up the good work only thing to bad it's not along my normal route along i90 otherwise I would be their all the time
Always very kind. I love the kung poa chicken. The crab raggoons are the best I've ever tasted, and as a fat boy that loooves Asian food, that's saying a lot! They are always prompt to deliver to my barber shop here in Whitefish. Thanks guys!!!
Great food and service. The pho was a hearty serving and the sesame chicken had a great mix of veggies. The owner was friendly and knew many other customers and chatted with them ( which had a good feel to it). If I were in town longer, if definitely go back. Keep up the good work!
Didn't like the menu. Looked like we'd need to substitute a lot. Pricey. We ate elsewhere.
We have enjoyed the food here for many years..The best in the valley.
Well, this was my first time here, and I did not leave with a good impression. It wasn't busy at all when I walked in the door at dinner time. I ordered some pot stickers, which were okay, and the House Special entree. It came out warm, not hot. That's not good, because I think hot dinners should be served hot, not just warm. The entree itself was okay, but not that great. I might be willing to give this place a try again sometime, see if it's any better the second time around. But for now, three stars is all I can give them.
Went to listen to karoke it was fun Melissa Engle was our bartender and she did a great job.
Food was great! Good portion for the price
Truly the worse “Chinese” food we have ever had. I am not sure where to start because we couldn’t eat it. I should have gone back and asked for a refund! We ordered General Tsao chicken and chicken with broccoli both with fried rice and a side order of egg rolls. The General Tsao was fried in very old oil that was smoky and burnt tasting, it was dried out, bland apart from the old oil taste. I couldn’t go past the first bite. The fried rice was dry and bland. The egg rolls were just disgusting. The chicken and broccoli was palatable. We asked for house mustard and we got a gold blob in the middle of something thick so we didn’t try it. I honestly don’t know how this restaurant is in business.
Allways fresh! Allways Delicious!Great service!
Thanks for shopping at Gil's, Missus To. You were right, Loved my Lo Mein. :)
We eat here frequently. The food is always excellent and the service is friendly.
The food was okay. We waited a while before being taken cared. The staff was friendly. Probably wouldn't go back.
This place is consistent with lots of great options! This has been a staple since arriving in Whitefish and a dinner that the entire family looks forward to. I have never actually eaten at the location but have been thrilled with their take-out and delivery options. Vegetarian friendly!!!! Prices may seem high, but are very comparable to anything else in Whitefish. Thank you! Keep up the good work!
It was one of the worst lunches I ever ate! I ordered the Shrimp Thai Curry and it was 90 percent onions and peppers with 5 tiny pieces of shrimp that were gone in 1 minute and all I was left with was a plate of onions and peppers with hardly any sauce or flavor. When I called up to complain she replied that "Well, you know, shrimp expensive". I would have been happy to pay a little more to get what I thought I ordered, a shrimp lunch. At least then I would not be still hungry.
Just a nice low key place with great food.
I really enjoy the food here. High quality meats vs other Chinese restaurants
Good garlic shrimp. Lots of space here. Close to some hotels.
As always very good food, and very quick for the size of our group. Always a good choice!
Good food and service. One of our glasses was dirty. Otherwise good experience.
This was the place I went for a first date and it was the loveliest time and waiter was so friendly and it was an intimate just nice evening!
While in Whitefish, stopped in at the China Wall for some delishes PHO.
China Wall in Whitefish is our new favorite Asian Restaurant. The aroma drew us in, the food was outstanding and the service was fabulous. Definitely worth the 20 minute drive from Kalispell. Highly recommend it.
We were in Montana for 5 days, of all the meals we had this was by far the best value for the money. Plenty to eat, very good food. Would stop by again if back in the beautiful state of Montana. Jim from Minnesota.
Surprisingly good food. I don't consider myself a total expert in Asian cuisine but I have eaten plenty of Chinese in my life. Some great, most good, and some bad. This ranks up there with the greater ones. As I said, very surprising considering being in the mountains of Montana. I look forward to coming here again.
Average food but it's easy to get in.
There are much better restaurants around for a better price.
Awesome food, friendly service!
The best Cashew Chicken in America. I work for the railroad so everytime I was in Whitefish I would stop in for dinner at least once. Sadly, we moved back to Michigan and I will not be able to enjoy their superior cuisine anymore. Now in Battle Creek Michigan, I have yet to meet their equal with Cashew Chicken. No place in North Idaho could compare either, which is where we lived at the time .
Good quality food just needs to be flavored. The spring rolls were exceptional
I love the food here!! Owners are super nice people too!
Typical Chinese food with some Thai and Vietnamese dishes. Good portions for the price and worth a stop when craving take out style Chinese.
Food is exquisite! One of the best pad thai I have ever had. Wonderful customer service. Went on Christmas Eve and they had a buffet of yummy appetizers for all to try and snack on. 5 stars and two thumbs up!
Went in for lunch today and had the Vietnamese vermicelli noodles with veggies, pork and shrimp. Sauce was light and not over powering. The portion was huge for the price. Would definitely recommend.
It's okay but I have found better Chinese place around the valley
Always delicious and one of my favorite spots!
Best Chinese food in town! service is amazing and friendly! Don’t listen to anyone who says this food is bad. I’m from California and it’s better than most places there. And their pho is as good as any Vietnamese restaurant. Best pho in town! Jean is always a joy to visit and talk with.
Good food
Was in town for work, had dinner delivered to my motel room - took an hour to get which wasnt a big deal, but the brilliant woman who took my order didn't bother to mention they do not accept credit cards on delivered orders. Fortunately I had enough cash to give the cute delivery girl a good tip. The spring rolls were good, but the fried rice and bbq pork pad thai were disappointing. Not impressed.
It’s actually a 3,5 star. Food was okay. We ordered and they said it would take 1 hour. It almost took 2 hours before the food was delivered (pretty close to the restaurant)
I love this place and have for close to two decades. The food is always great and the servers are always so gracious. It's a win-win!
Fresh and delishious. Very courteous
Decent Chinese food overpriced but still lots of food. Panda got this place beat. Good people tho.
I come here to support them and it is one of the few oriental restaurants. I was a restaurant owner and know ins and outs of the business. But what i got tonight was so ridiculous. The portions are sooo small coming from a dish that is made of just left over chx and batter. 33.00 dollars of food and it did not feed us, (two people). I understand perhaps their rent has increased but you still should serve decent food.
Standard American Chinese food
